Take your web chats on the go! With Nimble, you can now manage every conversation right from your Android or iOS device - making it easy to respond to website visitors in real time and stay connected wherever you are.

To start using Nimble web chats on your mobile device take the following steps:
Open your Nimble mobile app
Tap More and select Web Chats from the menu list
Select any chat from the list you wish to view
The Web Chats tab will show you the amount of open conversations for each chat in the list:
To review the details and respond to an open conversation, simply tap the chat. From there, you can assign the conversation to a team member and reply to the message directly:
If you wish to change the session name click on the pencil sign from the top:
You can also review the closed conversations by clicking History:
To start getting web chat notifications for new messages on your mobile, open Settings >> Notifications in the app and under the Webforms + Chats switch the Web Chat Message toggle on:
