With Nimble Web Chats, every conversation can become an opportunity.
You can now create new contacts from chat visitors or link chats to existing contacts, keeping all interactions in one place. This makes it easier than ever to manage leads, track conversations, and nurture relationships without missing a beat.

How It Works
When a visitor initiates a web chat, Nimble allows you to search for and connect the conversation to an existing contact. Just click Search for Exisiting Contact to get started:

Once the contact is linked, the web chat conversation will appear under Interactions >> Web Chats on their contact record:
If there’s no existing contact to link the conversation to, you can manually create a new contact. Simply enter the contact’s first and last name, then click Create Contact from Suggested Fields:
