Adding subscribers to your email lists into Nimble is easy! In this article, you’ll learn how to migrate your lists from other platforms, such as Brevo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and many others. The process is quick and straightforward. Let’s go through the steps one by one.
*** Note: Before getting started, make sure to export your subscribers from your previous platform as a CSV file.
To import your email list into Nimble, follow these simple steps:
Go to the Outbound tab and open Email Lists.
Select the email list you’ve created.
Click the Import CSV button at the top to initiate the import.

Once your CSV file is attached, do the following to finish the import:
Select the column to import – choose Email
Select the source – pick the platform your list was exported from
Nimble will automatically map the fields from your CSV to the appropriate Nimble fields.
If your file includes unsubscribe data, such as email or category information, you can map those columns as well. Otherwise, select Skip. When you're ready - click Import.
That’s it! Your email list is now available to manage within the Email Lists tab in Nimble.
